Watching this little airplane across the screen made for the longest day ever!!
I was so excited when this young man walked through the elevator. I can't even explain how great it was to give him a hug. Two years is such a long time to not see your boy. I was so full of emotion, I could not stop crying and smiling. I am so grateful that he made it home safe. I am so proud of him for serving a full time mission. I know that COVID made it very hard the last 6 months. He pushed through and did all that was asked of him. I could not be more proud. Love him and can not wait to see what he has instore for his life next.
Of course his first stop before going home was Café Rio.
