This girl has had quite the birthday. She spent the day skiing at Snow Basin. Then we got together for dinner that night. She wanted rice crispy treats. Later in the week we took he to see Hairspray, it's one of her favorite musicals.
I have to say I am proud of this girl. She bought her ski pass with a friend but that didn't work out. So now she had a ski pass with nobody else to go with. That did not stop her, she went up almost every weekend by herself and skied. She met a lot of fun and interesting people over the months of skiing. She also picked the year with biggest snowfall on record. Those lower pictures are of her standing next to the top of the snow cannons at Snow Basin. It just gives you an idea of how much snow we had. Alta got over 900 feet of snow. She was smart to get a pass and brave to use it every weekend by herself.
