Today was Rhett's turn. He drew an apple tree that reminded him of the farm in Mt Pleasant where he would visit his grandparents when he ws a kid. I have to say I really like how the drawing turned out. It took Rhett awhile to find a tattoo artist that he liked. He finally went with a guy that Rodger used named Matt Peters. Matt did a great job. It's a process getting a tattoo and both Rhett and Stella will have to go back and get touch ups. It takes a while for your skin to settle down because it gets very angry from being poked so many times. Plus is hard to see what the finished product will look like because your arm is covered in ink while he is working on it.
Matt owns his own tattoo parlor and he makes great money. He is actually quite successful. If you were to see him on the street you would probably look the other way. He is covered from head to toe in tattoos. He is one of the nicest guys. Has a really cute family and would do anything for anyone. He is the perfect example of not judging someone by their cover.
