We have been following the Tour of Utah everyday on TV. Friday night we went downtown and watched the race. It was great, they went 5 times on the circuit through Salt Lake so we got to see them many times. Bridger was pretty stoked when he got the winner to sign his jersey.
Sunday was stake conference so it was the perfect excuse to go to Park City to see the final race. We saw the riders take off and then spent a few hours walking around at the booths. The kids loved getting hooked up with all of the swag that they were passing out. I was grateful for the cinch sack that they passed out. There was a downpour for about 20 minutes and it saved my hair. Rhett wasn't too embarrassed to be seen with me.
We stayed for the finish. Bridger wanted to get more autographs so we split up through the crowds so he could head over to the awards podium. When we finally hooked up with him after the race and we could maneuver through the grounds we found a very excited kid. The best overall youngest rider gave him his signed jersey that he just won.
