I went with Stella on her field trip today to Farmington Bay. Because of the limited space on the bus, parents that came had to drive their own children. We took the Jeep, you could tell that Stella thought she was all of that riding in the Jeep for her friends to see. It was pretty funny. I am so glad that Stella is my child. Some kids were just so board watching the birds. This one little girl almost lost it because an ant got on her sock. Then there is Stella, completely in her element. Noticing everything from different plants, bugs, and new birds she had never seen. She had a great time and decided the Blue Heron was her favorite bird. I had a great time too. Sometimes it is good to see just how amazing your kids really are.
