Bridger's love is playing first base but his coach has been putting him in as pitcher every few games. He does really good. It makes me a little more stressed out watching though.
This year is a little different. We do not play at the Farmington Elementary fields anymore. The older boys play at either the West Bountiful, Centerville, or Nicholls fields now. They also play against the inner cities.
At one of the games he was leading off first base. He slid back onto first base just as this ball hit his arm. Yes that is the stitching marks from the ball you can see on his arm. You could tell it killed but he kept it together. Ouch! He couldn't move it for a few days.
