Moab with NO Jeep?

This was a crazy year for Moab. We had planned to go, even had a hotel room reserved, but then cancelled. The Jeep and trailer that pulls the jeep needed work. Money was tight so we decided to cancel. After talking to Renan and Amy and realizing they were not taking their Jeep we decided to go the day before it was time to leave. The kids were so excited to find out when they got home from school that we were leaving for Moab tomorrow. We stayed at this fun trailer park with Roo (our camp trailer). The trip ended up being a blast. We did completely different things than we do with the Jeep.
Where we stayed had this pond with a canoe. The kids loved it.
We hiked to the Moab swimming hole that everyone has always talked about. In all the years that we have been going we had never been there. The trail leading to the water hole had Indian art. You have to cross three river to get to the swimming hole. It was really pretty but the water was freezing. Zoe, Ez, Porter and Stella swam. The rest of us were wimps. When we left Rhett carried me and Bridger across the rivers. It was pretty funny.

Sand hill has to be the kids favorite stop.

We also went to dead horse point. The view was pretty amazing.
It was a great trip I was really glad we decided to go. Moab is even a ton of fun with no Jeep.
